We are excited to announce the selected works for MISE-EN Festival 2026. This year, 35 works were chosen from 886 submissions received from around the world.
We encountered many outstanding compositions, and the selection process was extremely difficult. Unfortunately, due to limited resources and programming capacity, we were only able to present 35 works this year.
As reflected in the final program, MISE-EN does not focus on any specific region, race, gender, or aesthetic. The selected works were recommended by a panel of 18 musicians and peer reviewers, consisting of MISE-EN members and composers who have previously participated in the festival.
We sincerely hope you will be able to join us this June. We also warmly encourage you to share your music with us again when our next call for scores opens later this summer.
