$1,080 for a full day
$1,320 for two consecutive full days

Basic includes an antique Steinway M piano, stereo PA system, projector and screen, plus over 20 music stands and more than 80 chairs at no extra charge.

Additionally, we have a Kawai baby grand piano, a wide selection of percussion instruments (including marimba, vibraphone, drum set, concert bass drum, orchestral chimes, crotales, and glockenspiel), as well as electronic equipment such as multichannel PA speakers, guitar and bass amplifiers, and an electronic keyboard. Availability of these items is subject to our discretion and is provided as a courtesy.

Please note:

• Rental does not include music licensing (BMI/ASCAP).
• If you require box office services, house staff, or technical/recording support, we can provide a separate quote upon request. Rates typically range from $30–$40 per hour.
• Inside-piano techniques are permitted provided they do not damage the instrument or alter its tuning. If your inside-piano work noticeably affects the tuning, you are responsible for having the piano tuned.
• The piano is generally well maintained and in good tuning; however, its condition may vary depending on the most recent tuning. If you require a freshly tuned piano, you may bring your own piano tuner, or we can arrange tuning as a separate service. The tuning fee will depend on the availability and rates of the tuner, as rates vary by tuner.
