Our Rental Rates:

-Performance Rental: $180/hour

*Depending on the length of your booking, we generously include access to our equipment—this may include PA speakers, large percussion instruments (such as vibraphone, marimba, bass drum, etc.), two grand pianos, and more.

**Additionally, depending on the nature of your project, we may be able to match your booked hours with complimentary rehearsal time. For example, if you book 5 hours, we’ll review your request and may be able to offer an additional 5 hours at no extra cost. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

-Private/Corporate Rental: $240/hour

Rehearsal Rentals (NYSCA-Supported Program):
We are proud to partner with the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) to support artists based in New York State. If you are a musician, composer, or artist residing in New York, you may qualify for rehearsal space at a subsidized rate of $10/hour.
