Hourly Rental Rate:
$180/hour

Package Deals:
$500 for 5 hours
$750 for 8 hours
$1,080 for all day (9AM-10PM)

We have two grand pianos (Steinway and Kawai), a wide selection of percussion instruments (Marimba, Vibraphone, Drum Set, Concert Bass Drum, Orchestra Chimes, Crotales, Glockenspiel, etc.), and electronic equipment including PA speakers, guitar and bass amplifiers, and an electronic keyboard. These items may be made available at our discretion as a courtesy. Please note that they are not included in the rental agreement and should not be assumed to be available at all times. However, if requested in advance, we are happy to provide them, subject to mutual agreement.

Please note:

• Rental does not include music licensing (BMI/ASCAP).
• If you require box office services, house staff, or technical/recording support, we can provide a separate quote upon request. Rates typically range from $30–$40 per hour.
