$180/hour – Professional performance space
– 3-hour minimum (no equipment)
– 5-hour minimum (with equipment: grand piano, amps, PA, etc.)

Limited-Time Promo:
Book performance hours, and get matching rehearsal hours FREE
→ Book 5 hours, get 5 hours of rehearsal time (e.g., use the space 12PM–10PM)
Effective rate: just $90/hour!

Need extra rehearsal time? Just $10/hour!

Rehearsal Rentals (NYSCA-Supported Program):
We are proud to partner with the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) to support artists based in New York State. If you are a musician, composer, or artist residing in New York, you may qualify for rehearsal space at a subsidized rate of $10/hour.
